I. How to use adminserv control services op
   ========================================
	- Services Helper
	- Services Operator
	- Services Admin
	- Services SRA
	- Services *SRA (CoMaster)

  They are Services operator, to add a user to this list
  firstly using this command

*	/MSG ADMINSERV OPER ADD <nick> SRA|SA|SOP|HOP

  To List the oper using command

*	/MSG ADMINSERV OPER LIST SRA|SA|SOP|HOP

  To Del oper using command

*	/MSG ADMINSERV OPER DEL <nick>

  If you want to upgrade Access to any oper you may need to do

*	/MSG ADMINSERV OPERSET <nick> SRA|SA|SOP|HOP

  Each services operator have their own flag to have permision
  doing their job.

	- ADDSRA	Can set by Master only this type of services op
			can add SRA
	- ADDSA		Allow SRA to add SA
	- ABUSETM	Set this op to AbuseTeam which can suspend any op
	- SUSPEND	Set by ABUSETM only this flag to suspend an op
	- AKILL		Allow op to use OS AKILL
	- HOLD		Allow SA to use NS/CS HOLD
	- FORBID	Allow SA to use NS/CS FORBID
	- GLOBAL	Allow op to use OS GLOBAL
	- FJOIN		Allow op to use OS FJOIN

  To set this flag using this command

*	/MSG ADMINSERV FLAGS ADD <nick> flag

  To unset this flag using this command

*	/MSG ADMINSERV FLAGS DEL <nick> flag

  To view oper access using this command

*	/MSG ADMINSERV WHOIS <nick>


II. How to use botserv
    ==================

BotServ is the built-in services for create services bot
act like eggdrop or mIRC bot, help founder to control their
channel from Flood, Repeat flood, using color and many thing
as choosing in security option, for more information type

*	/MSG BOTSERV HELP SET

++ How to create a bot?

   Services bot can created by Services Admin which have
   ADDBOT on. command to use is!

*	/MSG BOTSERV BOT ADD <botnick> <botident> <bothost> <botrealname>
   Example:
	We want to create a bot like:

		JaradyBot Mylovebot@netbaby.auspice.org My Evil Guard bot

	Command to use is:

	/MSG BOTSERV BOT ADD JaradyBot Mylovebot netbaby.auspice.org My Evil Guard bot

NOTE: normaly when the bot created, it's automaticly known as private bot 
mean only the master (creater) or Services Root* can control it. To allow 
normal user to use this bot using this simple command.

*	/MSG BOTSERV BOT SET <botnick> MASTER OFF

++ How to assign a bot in any channel?

Services Admin or Channel Founder have right to assign a bot in
their channel.
